The coffee

Tasting notes describe the flavours of the coffee itself — nothing is added. The weight on each pack is its net weight when packed.

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The delivery charge, if any, is shown before you pay. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout; we may change prices for later orders.

Your order

Your order is accepted once your payment is confirmed, and we email you when it is. If we can't fulfil it — for example, if a lot sells out after you've paid — we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are taken by Cashfree. We don't see or store your card details. Orders are prepaid — we don't offer cash on delivery.

As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer to approach the forum where you live, disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction over our principal place of business in Gujarat.
