Every cup begins with someone’s hands. Our coffee is shade-grown in the highest elevations of Chikmagalur and Yercaud, on estates alongside the forest, tended largely by women who know each harvest best.

Every harvest is different, so every roast starts with tasting. We cup each lot, roast it slowly and adjust until it tastes like the hillside it came from.

And we never stop learning. From competition stages to cupping tables around the world, every one of them teaches us something we bring home to the roaster the next morning.
